Oratio
How can we help?
Write to us at [email protected]. A real person reads every message, usually within two business days.
Subscriptions
How do I cancel or change my plan?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Oratio. You can also go to Oratio → Profile → Manage subscription.
I bought a subscription but don't see it.
Open Oratio → Profile → Restore purchases. Make sure you're using the same Apple account you used to buy.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Oratio.
How do I redeem a code?
Open Oratio → Profile → Redeem a code, or use the code from Invite friends.
Invitations
How do invitations work?
Share your code from Profile → Invite friends. When a friend who is new to Oratio signs in with your code within 72 hours of creating their account, you both receive a month of Oratio Plus. Read the rules.
My reward says “In review”.
Some invitations are checked to prevent fraud. Most are resolved within a few days.
Your journal and privacy
Can Oratio read my journal?
No. It is encrypted on your device with a key kept in your iCloud Keychain. We only store encrypted text.
I changed iPhone and my journal is empty.
Sign in with the same Apple account and make sure iCloud Keychain is turned on (Settings → your name → iCloud → Passwords and Keychain). Your entries will sync when the key is available.
How do I hide Oratio from others?
Turn on Discreet mode in Profile → Preferences and privacy: a neutral icon, notifications without content and a Face ID lock.
Your account
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account and data. More details.
